I spent 30 minutes doing deceptively small movements that left my muscles burning and my legs shaking! It felt really good to move this morning. I took a rest day yesterday so I think that's why. Working out at home lately is such a good reminder that you don't always need a ton of fancy equipment at the gym to get in a good workout.
