Today I’m sharing some of my recent eats from the last few weeks. You guys, I’ve been craving meat like crazy the last little while. Like I can have it for two meals a day and I’m still wanting more.
Breakfast I’m a huge fan of smoothies for breakfast after I get home from the gym. They’re super easy and quick to make, plus I can get in a good amount of protein with my first meal of the day.
