I spent the last weekend helping out at Girl Guide I spent the last weekend helping out at Girl Guide camp. πŸ•οΈ We had 20 girls sleeping in tents, cooking on camp stoves, and making crafts. Cooking was definitely the thing that the campers were most excited about. Apparently cooking at camp is much more exciting than cooking at home. They did a great job making eggs and bacon, grilled cheese sandwiches, fajitas, and pancakes. I found this book at the thrift store the last tim I found this book at the thrift store the last time I was there. I had this book as a kid and very clearly remember what the cover looked like. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € While I don't remember it being as cheesy as it was as an adult, it was a quick fun read that took me down memory lane. I don't know what I would do without the @headspac I don't know what I would do without the @headspace app. I use it every day as I go to bed to help me fall asleep. ​​​​​​​​​ The Switching Off Wind Down helps to calm down my mind and body as I try to fall asleep. Headspace also has a bunch of Sleepcasts to pick from. They're basically bedtime stories for adults and I use them to fall asleep most nights. My favorite narrators are Simon and Nyambi, and my most listened to Sleepcast is Rain Day Antiques. What's your favorite meditation on Headspace?
