Pop Workout Playlist

I thought I’d post another workout playlist today, and this one is packed with upbeat pop songs to keep you moving!

I hope all your Christmas prep is going smoothly. We have our tree up and the gift wrapping has officially begun. I’m caught up on wrapping everything I’ve bought so far, which feels like such a win. On the flip side, I still haven’t started any of the Christmas baking I usually do, so that’s next on my list. How are your holiday preparations going?

A lit Christmas tree is in a living room in front of three windows. The lights in the room are low so it looks like the tree is glowing. There are a few small gifts under the Christmas tree.

A year or two ago I bought a new Christmas tree, and I’m still so glad I did. Our old one was getting pretty sad—branches falling off, impossible to fluff, and just generally a hassle. The new one comes in two pieces, all the branches are attached, and it’s pre-lit. It takes just a few minutes to set up now. Truly one of the best holiday upgrades I’ve made!

And now, onto the workout playlist!

A wooden gym floor with a step, barbell, plates, mat, and water bottle on it. A text overlay reads "pop workout playlist".

If you’re looking for some fun, high-energy music to make your next workout a little more exciting, you’re in the right place. I’ve put together a full hour of pop hits. It’ll be sure to help you power through your gym session or at home workout. This playlist includes a couple of my current favorites from Benson Boone and Chappell Roan: “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else” and “Pink Pony Club”. It also includes tracks from Sabrina Carpenter, Tate McRae, Lady Gaga, Hozier, and Dua Lipa. It’s a good mix of dancey, catchy, and upbeat songs that always make the time go by faster.

To make listening super easy, here’s the link to the playlist on Spotify. Be sure to follow me over there so you can find all the playlists I’ve shared over the years—there are tons!

I hope this pop workout playlist helps you squeeze in a little movement during the busy holiday season. If you listen, tell me which songs you’re loving!
