What I love about this recipe is how easy it is to make. With just a few basic ingredients and under 30 minutes from start to finish, you’ve got something satisfying and comforting on the table. I used King’s Hawaiian rolls for that signature touch of sweetness, but feel free to use any slider buns you have on hand.

These sliders also reheat beautifully. Just pop them in the oven for a few minutes the next day and you’ve got leftovers that don’t feel like an afterthought. I find sandwiches reheat great in the air fryer too, if you have one. Serve these beef, mushroom, and Swiss sliders with a simple green salad or some roasted veggies for a complete meal. Or keep it casual with chips and pickles on the side.

For even more flavor, you can sauté the mushrooms in a bit of butter or olive oil before layering them onto the sliders. This helps bring out their rich, earthy taste. Want to switch things up? Try using cremini mushrooms for a meatier texture or swap in provolone or mozzarella if Swiss isn’t your thing. These sliders are also easy to double if you’re feeding a crowd – just use a larger baking dish and you’re good to go!
