Workout Playlist

Today’s blog post is all about a new workout playlist!

Happy Friday, everyone! I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend. I have a couple scary movies to watch, popcorn to make, and a book to read outside in the backyard. I’m slowly making my way through all the movies in the Conjuring universe. So I’ll be watching The Conjuring movies, all the Annabelle movies, and The Nun movies. I honestly didn’t realize there were so many until I looked it up. On the book front, I’m currently reading Summerland by Elin Hilderbrand, as well as The Royal Nanny by Karen Harper. It’s going to be a good weekend.

And now onto the topic of today’s post – a workout playlist!

A woman in an orange tank top and orange leggings is leaning against a red brick wall. She has an earbud in one ear and is holding the other one in her hand. A text overlay reads "workout playlist".

Today I’m sharing an all new workout playlist. You can find it here on Spotify. I don’t know how we shared playlists before Spotify came along. It’s so easy to share links with other people. We’ve come a long way from when I made mix tapes for friends as a teen! Did anyone else do that or am I just feeling old right now?

I’ve included songs from Bastille, Black Eyed Peas, Macklemore, Lady Gaga, Pitbull, and Calvin Harris. There’s so many good summer time songs that get me moving for my workouts. Sometimes it can be tough feeling motivated to workout, but having the right music to listen to can turn things around for me. Even looking forward to listening to a new playlist is enough to get me to workout. I only listen to the workout playlists I make when I’m working out, so it makes them “special”. Sometimes it’s the little things that get my into the right headspace to get sweaty.

Looking for more playlists? You can find them all here. Looking for a workout to go with that playlist? Find all of my workouts here.
