90’s Themed Workout Playlist

In this post I’m sharing a 90’s themed workout playlist.

This Spotify workout playlist includes some of my favorite songs from the 90’s, including some one hit wonders like Good Vibrations by Marky Mark, AKA Mark Wahlberg.

Flat lay of workout shoes, water bottle, and dumbbells with “90’s workout playlist” text overlay, styled with a feminine touch for fitness motivation.

First off, you can find the playlist here. Below I’ve added a list of all the songs on the playlist. It’s an eclectic mix of songs, but there’s some really good ones on there, like Move This by Technotronic and The Power by SNAP. I also couldn’t make a 90’s playlist without a few classics from the 90’s like Vanilla Ice and New Kids on the Block.

  • Ice Ice Baby – Vanilla Ice
  • Move This – Technotronic
  • Jumpin’ Jumpin’ – Destiny’s Child
  • Gonna Make You Sweat – C & C Music Factory
  • There She Goes – The La’s
  • Iris – The Goo Goo Dolls
  • This Is Your Night – Amber
  • Wonderwall – Oasis
  • Do You Know – Robyn
  • Hypnotize – The Notorious BIG
  • Good Vibrations – Marky Mark
  • Another Night – Real McCoy
  • The Power – SNAP
  • The Sign – Ace of Base
  • Step By Step – New Kids On The Block
  • Groove Is In The Heart – Deee-Lite

If you’re loving this 90’s workout playlist, you might also like this throwback 2000’s playlist packed with more high-energy favorites to power your next sweat session. You can also follow me on Spotify. I also share my workout playlists over there too. Speaking of working out, if I’m at the gym or out on a walk or hike, I love my Soundcore wireless earbuds. These ones are similar (affiliate link). They really hold a charge well and they fit into my ears well. If you’re looking for a new pair of earbuds, check them out. I think you’ll like them just as much as I do.

What’s a song you’re currently listening to on repeat at the gym? Leave it in the comments below. I’d love to know what it is!
