Full Body Workout
I’m sharing a new full body workout on the blog today.
I hope you all had a good weekend. Mine was nice – a good mix of relaxing and getting things done. To start off the week I’m sharing a brand new full body workout.

Workout details
This workout alternates upper body and lower body exercises. The only equipment you’ll need for this workout is a couple of pairs of dumbbells and something sturdy that you can step up onto. The heavier set of dumbbells will be perfect for the lower body exercises. The lighter ones will be used for the upper body exercises. Not sure what weights to use? Make some you can complete all reps with correct form. If your form starts to break down, the weight you’re using is too heavy.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest for 1 minute before moving onto the next exercise. Once you’ve completed the skaters, rest for as long as needed before starting again from the top. Complete 4 times through for a complete workout.
Workout exercises
- Overhead press
- Alternating lunges
- Bent over fly
- Step ups
- Lateral raises
- Dumbbell squats
- Bicep curls
- Skaters
This workout can be done at home as long as you have the pieces of workout equipment listed above. This makes it super convenient because you don’t have to go to the gym if you’re short on time. If you do this workout, be sure to tag me on Instagram (@getfitfiona). I love seeing people doing the workouts I share!
