Today I’m sharing a workout playlist.
Happy Monday and welcome to a new week. My weekend felt like it flew by. Did that happen for anyone else? I didn’t do much exciting other than dropping off a few Etsy orders at the post office on Saturday and then dogsitting for my boyfriend on Sunday night. Winston, his bulldog is getting more used to me being with him alone without my boyfriend around. It only took him 5 minutes after my boyfriend left to curl up on his bed and start snoring away.
I’ve been really feeling music when I’ve been working out lately, especially since I workout at home. While I generally push myself a bit harder if I’m taking a group fitness class or am at the gym, music can motivate me when I’m doing an at home workout too.
None of the songs on this playlist are necessarily new, but they are some of my favorites from the past few years.
