Hello and happy 2023! This is my first post back after the holidays. I hope you all had a good time with family and friends celebrating. It was really nice to be able to spend some down time with my most favorite people. Life can get so busy, it’s hard to do the things that I’d like to with them. While the break was definitely needed, it feels really good to be back at it now. I was starting to miss my regular routine.
My first post of 2023 is a pop workout playlist. This playlist a combination of things that I’m hearing on the radio right now as well as some old favorites. There’s just something about having a good playlist to go along with your workout that makes all the difference. It can take a just “so so” workout to a great one if it gets me pumped and prepared to work a bit harder than I would have otherwise. If you’re looking for a new pair of wireless earbuds, I’ve really liked my Anker ones (affiliate link). While I haven’t tried that particular model, I have used others that I really liked.
