Today I’m sharing an upper body workout.

Happy hump day! It’s definitely feeling like fall here in Calgary. On Monday we had a quintessential fall day. It was cool and rainy. All I wanted to do was curl up on the couch with a cozy blanket and a good book. I haven’t shared a workout on Get Fit Fiona in awhile, so I figured today would be the perfect time to do it. You can do this workout at the gym or at home, since you only need a pair of dumbbells to complete it.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a 30 second rest. Start with the overhead press and work your way down the list of exercises. Once you’ve completed it one time through, rest as needed before starting back at the top again. Complete 4 times through for a full workout. If you do this workout be sure to tag me in your workout selfie on Instagram. If you’re looking for a different kind of workout, be sure to check out my workout page. I have all of the workouts that I’ve shared on Get Fit Fiona categorized over there so it’s easy to find exactly what you want.

  • Overhead press
  • Bicep curl
  • Pushup
  • Bent over row
  • Tricep kickback
  • Chest press

This is a workout that can easily be done at home if you don’t have access to a gym. If you’re looking for some dumbbells for at home workouts, I like these ones (affiliate link) from Amazon. If you’re starting from scratch with home workout equipment, I would suggest getting two pairs of dumbbells – a lighter one for upper body exercises and a heavier pair for lower body moves.
