Today I’m sharing an Easter themed workout.

Hello there blog readers! It’s been a hot minute since I last posted on the blog. I’m looking forward to this weekend and sitting down to an Easter dinner with my dad and brother. My dad is making a ham and we’ll also have all of the usual side dishes – potatoes, stuffing, and green beans. I’m in charge of dessert and will be making strawberry lemon bars. I haven’t made them in years so they’ll be extra tasty.

You’ll do each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest and to transition to the next exercise. Start at the top of the list of exercises and work your way down. Once you’ve completed the bicep curls, rest for as long as you need before starting over from the top. Complete three times though for a full workout. If you’re looking for a few pieces of equipment to use at home, I like these dumbbells (affiliate link) and this yoga mat (affiliate link). In terms of picking a dumbbell to use, use one that allows your muscles to get tired by the last rep, but still maintain good form. If your form starts to go then it’s time to move to a lighter weight. Here are the exercises:

  • Bodyweight squat
  • Lateral raises
  • Skaters
  • Jumping jacks
  • Bicep curls
  • Bicycle crunches
  • High knees
  • Bench hops
  • Bicep curls

If you do this workout let me know how you liked it! Or if you have requests for a specific workout message me on Instagram. I want to make sure the content that I create here on Get Fit Fiona is helpful.

As always, check with your doctor before beginning to workout. Honor your body and modify this workout as needed for you. This post contains affiliate links. Thank you for supporting my blog – I really appreciate it!
