In today’s post I’m sharing an all new 30 minute at home workout.

Welcome to a brand new week. I had a pretty relaxing weekend and I’m starting out the week feeling good. I spent some time with my family on Sunday and ended up getting caught up in a library book. I hope you all had a great weekend too. Today I’m sharing a workout on the blog. It’s the perfect workout to do if you’re short on time. You don’t have to go to the gym and it’s only 30 minutes long. If you end up doing this workout, be sure to tag me on Instagram with a workout selfie. I’d love to hear what you thought about it.

In terms of equipment you’ll need a pair or two of dumbbells and a yoga mat if you’re working out on a hard surface. I really like these dumbbells from Amazon (affiliate link) I love my Manduka yoga mat (affiliate link). For the dumbbells you’ll want to make sure that the weight you’re using is challenging but also allows you to complete all reps with correct form.

You’ll do 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest and transition time to prepare for the next exercise on the list. Complete the circuit 3 times through for a full 30 minute workout.

  • Dumbbell squat
  • Chest press
  • Alternating lunges
  • Overhead press
  • Plank
  • Skaters
  • Bicep curls
  • Clam shells
  • Tricep dips
  • Crunches

If you’re looking for a different kind of workout or something specific, check out my workout page. I have all the workouts I’ve shared on GFF categorized over there so it’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.

As always, check with your doctor before beginning to workout. Honor your body and modify this workout as needed for yourself.
