I’m sharing an all new Spotify workout playlist today on the blog.

Hello and happy Wednesday! I’m looking forward to this weekend because it’s a long weekend here in Canada due to Victoria Day on Monday. It’s the unofficial start of summer here just like the Memorial Day weekend in the US. Rain is in the forecast for Monday, but I’m going to be making the best of the long weekend and spend as much time as I can outside.

Below I’m sharing a Spotify workout playlist. I’ve subscribed to Spotify for a few years now and it’s worth the money for me. I can download playlists and podcasts for when I’m out and about and don’t have access to wifi. I also don’t have to listen to ads and I can skip as many songs as I want. It’s my favorite app to use to listen to music and listen to podcasts.

I included a variety of new and old favorites in this playlist. It includes songs from Maroon 5, The Weeknd, Katy Perry, and Lady Gaga. Here’s the songs that I included in this month’s Spotify workout playlist:
