For those of you who celebrate Easter, I hope you had a good one with lots of delicious food and family (whether in person or on Zoom). We ordered food from Prairie Dog Brewing again (we did the same thing for Thanksgiving). It was delicious as usual (my favorites this time around were the chicken and pastrami). If you’re looking for some good barbeque or beer in Calgary, make sure you check them out. They’re located pretty centrally near Chinook mall.

I love hearing what other people are listening to while working out – that’s part of the reason why I share my playlists. Having “fresh” music to listen to always helps with the workout motivation. I’m still loving my earbuds (affiliate link) from Anker. I use them almost exclusively when I’m listening to music on the go, whether I’m working out or not.
This workout contains pop music, with the majority of the artists being female. There’s a few older songs on here (like Love You Like a Love Song by Selena Gomez, Tik Tok by Kesha, and Bad Romance by Lady Gaga). It also contains more recent music by Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, and Demi Lovato. You can find this workout playlist here on Spotify.
Speaking of Demi Lovato, has anyone else watched her documentary series on YouTube? I watched the first episode the other night and I really liked it. She was very honest which I appreciated. I still have a few more episodes to watch before I finish then. She does talk about alcohol and drug use, mental health, abuse, and eating disorders, so be aware of that going into it.
