Today I’m sharing a brand new workout playlist featuring music from Britney Spears.
Before I get into today’s workout playlist, I thought I would recap my workout from yesterday morning. I was feeling a strength workout, so I did a 20 minute upper body workout on the Peloton app that focused on my biceps, triceps, and shoulders. There were only two circuits so I did each one several times. It was actually kind of nice to have a limited number of exercises to do – I didn’t have to keep track of what came next. I finished my workout with a quick upper body stretch that felt so good!
When I was thinking about the songs that I wanted to include in this month’s workout playlist I realized that I haven’t made a playlist of Britney Spears songs yet. I’ve included her songs in other playlists, but I figured it was about time that I made one that featured just her music. If Britney isn’t our thing, be sure to check out my workout playlist page where I’ve linked all of the playlists that I’ve featured on the blog.
If you’re looking for a pair of earbuds to use while working out, I’ve really enjoyed my Anker ones (affiliate link). I’ve had them for a few years now and I absolutely love them. The sound quality is good, as is the Bluetooth range. They stay in my ears well so I’m not worried about them falling out in the middle of a workout. They were also super easy to set up on my phone. I’m definitely not a techy person, but I was able to do it on my own with no help.
Britney Spears released her first single when I was in high school. Certain songs of hers remind me of parties and hanging out with my friends. Whenever I head I’m a Slave 4 U it reminds me of a New Year’s Eve party I went to. Isn’t it funny how clear memories get attached to music? Needless to say Britney Spears was really popular while I was in high school and university. I did a Britney themed workout on Peloton awhile ago and I was surprised how many songs of hers I’ve really enjoyed but didn’t realize that they were by her.
You can find the Britney Spears workout playlist on Spotify here. I have the Spotify app on my phone so it’s easy for me to play the music I have on there. For all of the workout playlists that I’ve shared on Spotify, you can follow me on Spotify.
