Today I’m sharing a brand new workout playlist that includes a link to it on Spotify.
It’s a winter wonderland this week here in Calgary. I’ve woken up to fresh new snow on the ground the last two days. While it’s very pretty on the bushes and trees, it’s not all that fun to drive in. We still have a few more months of winter here, but I’m so ready for spring already.
Yesterday I had to head to the registry (the Alberta equivalent of the American DMV) to get some car stuff figured out. I was expecting to have to wait in line for awhile but it went surprisingly quick which I’m very grateful for. It always feels like I’ve gotten lucky when something I expect to take a long time goes unexpectedly faster than I was expecting. I’m looking forward to the day when I can do this stuff online instead of having to go in person.
If you’re looking for more workout playlists, you can find all the ones that I’ve shared on the blog on my workouts playlist page. You can also follow me on Spotify to get access to all of the playlists that I share on there. Here’s the link to the playlist on Spotify.
This workout playlists is a bit of a throw back one. It includes music from Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, and the Spice Girls. I remember listening to some of these songs when I was in university, nearly 20 years ago! It’s hard to believe that 2000 was 21 years ago already. It makes me feel so old. It’s always surprising how many memories a particular song will have for me. There’s an Outkast song that always reminds me of going out dancing with one group of friends. There’s a Destiny’s Child some that reminds me of driving home from high school with two friends. The Jennifer Lopez song I included in today’s playlist reminds me of a friend’s boyfriend.
