In this post I’m sharing some of my favorite ballet flats that I’ve had my eye on.

Happy belated Labor Day! I hope you were able to take some time this long weekend to relax. I know I’m feeling extremely grateful to those people who are frontline and essential workers. Your work and skills are so appreciated. Thank you!

I’m very grateful that I was able to take some time to relax this weekend. I feel like I’ve been “on the go” from home with lots of emails and video appointments and meetings. It’s a whole different kind of busy since before the pandemic started. Fortunately I was able to unplug a bit though and that felt really good. This weekend I finally downloaded Tiktok (My username is @getfitfiona) if you want to follow me on it. I feel like I might be the last person to try it out. I have to admit that I’m still getting the hang of it, but it’s been more fun than I thought it would be to create videos. Writing and photos are definitely more my comfort zone, so I’ve really been pushing to get myself out of my comfort zone with more video.

Now that Labor Day is behind us, it “unofficially” feels like autumn is here. It’s my favorite season so I’m definitely looking forward to it. I love everything that comes with fall – the cooler weather, the changing leaves, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even the cozy clothes like sweaters and scarves. As we transition into this new season I thought I’d share some of my favorite ballet flats that I’ve been checking out online. AS always, you can find all of my fashion posts here.

I’m not one to wear heals very often, and when I do, they’re always low ones. Flats are definitely my go to shoe. They’re versatile and can really pull together an outfit. I’ve included a variety of price points on the ballet flats I included in this post so there’s something to fit everyone’s budget.

Classic black flats are a classic and go with so many different outfits. These ones (affiliate link) from Eddie Bauer are the perfect ballet flats to tie together a fall outfit.

I’m all about the blues, so it’s so surprise that I had to add some blue flats (affiliate link) to this round up. These ones are a great deal at just under $30.

I love the shade of green on these ballet flats (affiliate link) from Tory Burch. They’re definitely an investment, but I could see myself wearing them a lot.

Along with blue, I’m also all about the stripes. These flats (affiliate link) also from Tory Burch made my list as well. I think they’d add a bit of a classy look to an outfit. Plus the bows are so cute!

I’m all about the camel/cognac color during the fall. It’s a neutral so it goes with just about everything, plus I think it just has that cozy but put together look to it. These camel ballet flats (affiliate link) from Aldo are another pair that’s also budget friendly. They’re under $35.

For years and years I avoided all animal prints. I’m slowly starting to embrace them in small quantities. When I saw these leopard ballet flats (affiliate link) I knew that I wanted to include them in this post. It’s a little pop of color that adds some interest to an outfit without being too “loud”. These are another pair that have a great price.

I absolutely love the classic look of these tweed flats (affiliate link). It should come as a surprise when I saw that they’re from J Crew. I love how they’re able to get that classic look without being boring.

Lastly, I thought that these polka dot ballet flats (affiliate link) were too cute not to include in this post. The black and white gives them a classic feel while still being fun and a bit flirty at the same time. Leave it up to Kate Spade to pull off that combination.
