Today I’m sharing a recap of my workouts from the past week. It’s been awhile since I last wrote one of these workout recap posts so I’m excited to be sharing it today.

Sunday
I headed downtown on Sunday to go for a walk with my boyfriend and his dog, Winston. It was definitely at Winston speed which meant lots of stops to check things out. Not my typically walking speed, but it felt really good to be outside with one of my favorite people and my favorite dog. It was the perfect way to spend my Sunday afternoon.

Monday
I started off my work week with a 30 minute upper body workout on the Peloton app. Since I’m still not feeling comfortable going to the gym, I’m so grateful that I’m able to use the Peloton app for at home workouts. It gives me the motivation I need to get sweaty with just a few pieces of equipment that I have at home. As usual, I went with a workout with my favorite Peloton instructor, Andy Speer. I followed it up with a 10 minute chest and back stretch with Jess Sims.

Tuesday
I went with a HIIT cardio workout on Tuesday – this time a rock themed one with Andy Speer. The HIIT workouts always seem to go by so fast for me, so they’re perfect for days when my motivation is low. Once I was done with the workout I did a 10 minute full body stretch with Selena Samuela which felt so good.

Wednesday
I head an early 8 am appointment on Zoom so I opted to take a rest day on Wednesday.
Thursday
I was back at it on Thursday with a 30 minute full body strength workout with Andy Speer, once again. I finished off my workout with a 5 minute full body stretch on the Peloton app with Emma Lovewell.

Friday
My last workout of the week was another upper body strength workout with Andy Speer. I did a 5 minute arms and shoulders stretch with Olivia Amato to finish it up.

You can find my leggings here (affiliate link). They’re a favorite of mine and I’ve been wearing them for workouts since January!
Saturday
My plan for today is to take a rest day.
