I’m sharing a quick recap of my workouts this past week.

Sunday

I started off my week of workouts with a Father’s Day afternoon walk with my dad and brother. We spent just over half an hour outside enjoying a park near us. There were lots of other families out and about taking in the beautiful weather.

Monday

My first real workout of the week was a bootcamp workout on the Peloton app. I’m still loving it. My free trial is almost up but I’ll be continuing with it because I’ve been enjoying it so much. The bootcamp workout started out on the treadmill with an incline walk and finished out with some glute and leg strength exercises. It was a great combination of cardio and strength.

Tuesday

My Tuesday morning workout was all about the upper body. I spend 20 minutes doing am arm and shoulder workout with Andy Speer on the Peloton app. Andy is quickly becoming a favorite instructor of mine on the app. I was surprised at how quick the workout went by because I was done before I knew it.

Wednesday

I had planned on doing a cardio workout but I slept horribly on Wednesday night so I ended up just turning off my alarm, rolling over, and going back to sleep. Sometime you just need to take an unplanned rest day.

Thursday

I spent Thursday morning doing another 30 minute lower bod workout on the Peloton app. There were a ton of lunges and squats in this workout and I was definitely feeling it in my glutes the next day.

Friday

I pressed snooze a few times before getting out of bed so I needed to get in a quick workout on Friday. I decided on a 20 minute arm and shoulders strength workout on the Peloton app again with Andy.

Saturday

My plan for today is to do a cardio workout. Since I’m writing this post on Friday and scheduling it on Saturday, so I haven’t decided yet if I want to do a workout on the treadmill or get outside for another walk. We’ll see what I end up doing.

What was your favorite workout from the past week? Tell me about it in the comments below.
