Today I’m sharing a workout playlist that will be sure to get you moving during your next sweat session.
Before I share the playlist I put together for today’s post I wanted to share about my workout fromMonday.
Yesterday was an active rest day – my legs were still sore from my Peloton app workout the day before when I did a 20 minute glute and leg workout. I finished up the workout with a 10 minute stretch, also from Peloton. Since I was still sore (and walking like Frankenstein) I figured that it would be a good idea to take a rest day.
In terms of my workout yesterday, I went for a 35 minute walk. I covered 2.75 km. It felt really good to move even though I didn’t break a sweat. There were some pretty dark clouds overhead when I started out but thankfully I only got sprinkled on a bit. A few minutes after getting home the thunder started so I finished my walk just in time.
And now onto today’s workout playlist!

This playlist includes a great group of pop artists, including Lizzo, John Legend, Katy Perry, and Jonas Brothers. It’s all music that I’ve been hearing on the radio lately and I’ve been enjoying.
I’m all about a playlist that helps keep me motivated throughout my workouts. Sometimes at the end when I’m feeling tired, sweaty, and just want to be done, a good song will help me get through to the end. It’s that little extra boost of motivation that will make all the difference.
