Today I’m sharing some Black Friday deals. I love finding great deals, so I’m sharing some with you.

Before I get into the sales and discounts at other places, I want to share a discount that I’m having on my printables. I have a goals workbook and a workout and food tracker for sale over on Gumroad. Get 15% off when you use the promo code blackfriday at checkout until midnight on Cyber Monday.
The goals workbook is a PDF that will guide you to create a year’s worth of actionable goals. I find that the end of the year is the perfect time to look back at what worked for 2019 and look forward to what I want to accomplish in 2020.
I’ve also created a workout and food tracker. It’s also a PDF that you can use to keep on track with your fitness and food goals. I find that it’s so helpful to write those sorts of things down because it keeps me accountable. If I don’t, it’s harder to remember what I did for a workout two days ago or what I ate for lunch yesterday.
Both of them are digital products which means that you won’t actually be receiving a physical product in the mail. Instead the PDF file will be available for download after paying and you can print them out as many times as you’d like.
Yoga
Yoga Download (affiliate link) is offering 40% off for Black Friday. Use code blackfriday2019. The sale goes through til December 3rd. While I don’t have a subscription right now, I did for quite awhile a few years ago and really enjoyed it. When my budget didn’t allow for studio yoga classes, Yoga Download (affiliate link) was a great alternative for me.
If you’re all about going to the studio for yoga, be sure to check out your local studio for deals that they may be running. Earlier this week I had already gotten emails from two studios that I go to about their Black Friday deals. It can be a great opportunity to stock up on passes or get a great deal on a membership.
For yoga mats and props, Half Moon is having a Black Friday sale with up to 50% off. I love their bolsters and cork blocks. Two of the studios that I go to use Half Moon bolsters and they hold up really well.

Manduka is offering 25% off with code BLACKFRIDAY. I absolutely love my Manduka Pro mat. I got it just before I started yoga teacher training and I’m so glad I did. The extra thickness helped provide a bit of cushioning and it’s still in great shape even though I’ve used it a ton.
Fitness
If you’re looking to get a Fitbit on sale, you’re in luck. Macy’s has the Fitbit Ionic (affiliate link) on sale for $50 off. When I upgrade my Fitbit, the Ionic (affiliate link) is probably the one that I’m going to get.
If you’re looking for a fitness tracker that’s a bit more affordable, I’ve really enjoyed my Fitbit Charge 2 (affiliate link). It tracks my heart rate while I’m wearing it, which is really helpful during workouts when I’m trying to keep my heart rate higher and it also calculates my resting heart rate. The price has come down on the Charge 2 (affiliate link) since I bought it back in 2016, so it’s a great deal.
Clothes
Gap is offering a great sale – 50% off everything with code BLKFRIDAY and an additional 10% off with BESTEVER. I love their workout leggings to wear at the gym. They stay up so I’m not having to pull them up all the time – I hate when I feel like I’m constantly having to pull up leggings while I’m working out. I also love this sweater (affiliate link) from Gap. It’s been the perfect piece to layer on when it’s cold out, but it still allows me to look put together.

Banana Republic is offering 50% off all regular priced clothes with no code needed. I love Banana Republic for staple pieces that I know I’ll be wearing for a long time, like coats, sweaters, and dresses. This gray plaid coat (affiliate link) is super cute but still a classic piece that I could see myself wearing over and over again.
I’ve also found some great clothing on Amazon, and I’m sure that they’ll have some great deals for Black Friday. I recently bought these joggers (affiliate link) and I was so happy with them because they’re super comfy.
If you know that you’ll be doing a lot of online shopping this Christmas, make sure that you take advantage of all the savings you can. In addition to promo codes, I save money using Rakuten, formerly Ebates. If you sign up with this link (affiliate link) you’ll get $5 when you sign up and spend $25. I use it everywhere I shop online, from Gap to Amazon. I’ve been using it for a few years now and it definitely adds up over time.
Blogging
If you’re a fellow blogger I wanted to share some of the things that I use on a daily basis to make life easier.
First and foremost, Planoly has been a game changer for me when it comes to Instagram. I’m able to schedule posts and they automatically post. I’m also able to do most of the scheduling for stories through Planoly and when it’s time for it to post, I get a notification on my phone and with a few taps it’s done.
I recently signed back up for Tailwind (affiliate link), which is scheduling for Pinterest. I simply add pins to my queue and Tailwind posts them to Pinterest when they’ll get the most views. It’s really easy to use and I can even tell it to schedule the same pin to different boards but spread them out over how ever many days I want, so the same pin isn’t pinned 5 times on the same day.

I’ve been using Haute Stock (affiliate link) for awhile now and absolutely love it. Haute Stock (affiliate link) provides stock photography for bloggers and female entrepreneurs. Every week they release a new collection of photos or graphics. Haute Stock (affiliate link) has been a game changer when it comes to creating graphics for my blog and social media.
Lastly, if you’re also a yoga teacher and looking for scheduling software, be sure to check out Acuity (affiliate link). It’s what I use for scheduling my yoga classes and so far it’s been really easy to set up and use. They also do webinars on a fairly regular basis so that you can learn the in’s and out’s of how to use it. I’ve done a few and they’ve been really helpful. Acuity is a great, afforable alternative to other shcduling software for yoga teachers.
