In today’s post I’m sharing some of my favorite places to buy workout clothes.

Old Navy

I know that Old Navy doesn’t have a great reputation in terms of clothing that wears well, but I’ve found a few pieces from there that I’ve had forever and I really like. Old Navy is the most affordable store that I shop at for workout clothes, so if they don’t last for years it’s not like I’ve spent a lot of money on them either.

In terms of t shirts to workout in, I’ve had really good luck with Old Navy. They’re plain and not too exciting, but they get the job done. I have a few similar ones to these (affiliate link) and they’ve been great – the fit is great (not too form fitting but also not too baggy) and they wash well.

I bought a fleece at Old Navy probably 10 or 15 years ago now that I absolutely love. It’s very similiar to this one (affiliate link) and I’m going to be so sad when it’s finally worn out and I’m not able to wear it anymore. It’s so comfy and warm. Like all fleece though, it doesn’t keep me warm if it’s windy – I’ll need another layer on top to keep the wind out.

Gap

My favorite place to buy leggings is the Gap.

I bought a pair of these ones (affiliate link) recently and I absolutely love them. They’re great for Group Power classes where there’s tons of squats and lunges. They don’t get see through and they don’t get stretched out either. I don’t feel like I have to constantly pull them up either.

I also tried on a pair of these joggers (affiliate link) when I was last at the Gap and I was so close to buying them. They were really comfy and soft.

New Balance

I wore Saucony shoes for years and years, but lately I’ve been all about the New Balance ones.

I have a couple pairs of New Balance shoes that I wear to the gym, and this pair (affiliate link) is really similar to one of them. They’re super comfy and they’ve held up really well so far. My workouts are usually cardio on the elliptical or Group Power classes, and these shoes work for both types of workouts.

I’ve been able to find New Balance shoes at New Balance stores as well as shoes stores.

Champion

I’m a huge fan of Champion for their sports bras. It can be really tough to find ones that are supportive and also comfortable. Champion sports bras have been my go to ones for years now.

The straps on these bras (affiliate links) don’t move on me and they keep things in place, even when I’m doing cardio. They even work for when I’m doing yoga. I even have this sports bra in multiple colors because I love it so much.

I typically find them at sports apparel stores or online.
