Good morning! I have a brand new workout playlist that I’m sharing today, but before I get to that I wanted to share yesterday’s workout with you.

My workout was a Group Power class at my gym. My last strength workout was on Friday and I had only done yoga on Saturday and Sunday. Needless to say that it felt really good to be back in the gym lifting heavy things.

We did the October 2019 release (one of the instructors said that we would be doing it for another few weeks still) and it was a great workout as usual. The tricep track was particularly tough yesterday for some reason. I felt every single rep of the overhead tricep extension!

And now onto the playlist!

You can find the link for this playlist here on Spotify. If you have Spotify Premium you can even download the playlist to your phone so you don’t have to use your data while you’re at the gym or out on a run. I share all of my playlists on Spotify, so make sure that you follow me if you’re interested in other playlists.

This playlist clocks in at just over 50 minutes, so I think it’ll do the trick for most workouts at the gym. Here’s the songs on this playlist:

  • Run the World – Beyonce
  • Treat You Better – Shawn Mendes
  • Memories – Maroon 5
  • Teeth – 5 Seconds of Summer
  • Don’t Start Now – Dua Lipa
  • Never Really Over – Katy Perry
  • Beautiful People – Ed Sheeran
  • Love You Like a Love Song – Selena Gomez
  • Umbrella – Rihanna
  • Circles – Post Malone
  • This Feeling – The Chainsmokers
  • Liar – Camila Cabello
  • Higher Love – Kygo
  • Ride It – Regard
  • If I Can’t Have You – Shawn Mendes

If this playlist isn’t your thing, make sure you check out my workout playlist page. I have all of them listed there that I’ve shared on the blog. Some of my favorite ones are this 80’s playlist and this 90’s boy band one.

What’s a song you can’t get enough of lately? Share it in the comments – I love hearing what other people are listening to.
