I hope your week is off to a great start and Monday was good to you yesterday. Before I get into the workout playlist that I put together for this month, I wanted to share my workout from yesterday.

I attended a Group Power class at my gym. I think the last strength workout I did was nearly a week ago, so it felt really good to lift heavy things. It was my second time doing the October 2019 release, so I was at least a little better at it than I was the first time around.

The last track had a ton of hang clean and presses. There were so many of them – they just kept coming. I was definitely done by the time the song was over. What a way to end a workout!

And now onto the workout playlist:

I’ve listened to this playlist a few times now and it’s just a really fun 46 minutes of music. Most of the songs I’ve added to it are relatively recent – I’m hearing them on the radio right now. I have everything from Kygo’s Higher Love to Good as Hell by Lizzo. You can find the playlist here on Spotify.

I’ve really been loving Bad Guy by Billie Eilish lately, so I knew that I wanted to add that to the playlist this month. It’s one of those songs that I always turn up when I hear it on the radio in the car. Nice to Meet Ya by Niall Horan is another one that I’ve really been enjoying too.

  • Here’s all the songs on the playlist:
  • Dance Monkey by Tones and I
  • Higher Love by Kygo
  • Bad Guy by Billie Eilish
  • Lights Up by Harry Styles
  • Ride It by Regard
  • Motivation by Normani
  • Beautiful People by Ed SHeeran
  • Pillow Talk by Zayn
  • Lonely by Diplo
  • Nice to Meet Ya by Niall Horan
  • Takeaway by The Chainsmokers
  • Lose Control by Meduza
  • Don’t Call Me Angel by Ariana Grande
  • Only Human by The Jonas Brothers
  • Good as Hell by Lizza

If you’re not into the top 40 hits, you can find all of my workout playlists that I’ve shared on the blog here. You can also follow me on Spotify and find all of the playlists that I’ve shared on there as well.

What’s one song that you’re listening to on repeat right now? Share it in the comments below – I love hearing what other people are listening to.
