Today I’m sharing a brand new workout playlist to get you going during your next run or trip to the gym.

Before I get into the workout playlist I wanted to share my workout from Monday.

I ended up going for a quick hike/walk with my dad Monday afternoon. We had been playing around with the idea of going for a hike somewhere near Bragg Creek, and we finally decided to go on an overcast, cold and rainy day, figuring that the weather would keep people home.

It was a super short hike, mostly paved or crushed gravel with steps and handrails. If you’re looking for a hike that’s easy to do with some beautiful views, make sure you check out Elbow Falls if you’re in the Bragg Creek area.

While looking for places to go near Bragg Creek, I found a really cool app called All Trails. You can search for hikes and rails my location, difficulty, length, etc., and people can leave their thoughts on the hikes as well as photos so that you have an idea of what to expect.

They have information for hikes all over Canada and the US, so it’s definitely worth checking out when you’re travelling or on vacation too. You can even download the maps of the hike. This is so helpful if you’re in the middle of nowhere with no reception.

And now onto my workout playlist for this month!

This workout playlist is mostly songs that I’ve been hearing on the radio lately and what I’ve been listening to on Spotify playlists – usually pop and top 40 hits.

You can find the playlist on Spotify here. While you’re over there, be sure to follow me so you have access to all the playlists that I share. I have quite a few workout playlists on there so I’m sure you’ll find at least a few that you’ll like.

And finally, here’s a list of the songs in the playlist:

  • Walk Me Home by Pink
  • I Don’t Care by Ed Sheeran
  • Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding
  • Your Song by Rita Ora
  • Beautiful People by Ed Sheeran
  • I Don’t Belong in this Club by Why Don’t We
  • Nobody to Love by Sigma

What’s on your workout playlist right now? I’m always looking for songs to listen to at the gym.
