Happy Friday! I’m looking forward to this weekend because I’ll be spending it at yoga teacher training. It’s hard to believe that I’ll be done in just 2 more short weeks and I’ll be a certified yoga teacher! It’s pretty exciting to think about how I’ll be using my yoga teacher training once I’m done – whether that’s teaching at a studio, hosting workshops, doing private one on one classes. or something else.

And now I’m going to share some of my favorite things from the past week!

Alba Botanica Hawaiian Body Cream

Is anyone else dealing with super dry skin this winter too? It seems like no matter how much water I drink of what moisturizer I’ve been using, I just can’t keep my skin feeling soft and moisturized.

I picked up this Alba Botanica Kukui Nut Body Cream (affiliate link) this week when I was out and I’m so glad that I dis. It’s only been a few days, but so far it’s helping my stubborn dry spots on my legs and elbows. It also smells amazing.

This is the first Alba Botanica product that I’ve tried. What other products from them do you like?

All Out 90’s playlist on Spotify

I discovered a new to me playlist on Spotify and I’m absolutely loving it. All Out 90’s is made up of songs that bring back so many memories from the 90’s, especially from when I was in junior high. I’m pretty sure that I haven’t listened to some of those songs from the 90’s.

I know that it’s the nostalgia talking, but so many of those songs are so good, even though I’ve forgotten about them. BE sure to check out this playlist if you were a teen in the 90’s too.

The Sound of Gravel

I borrowed this ebook from my library and I’m really enjoying it so far. I”m about halfway through. It’s a memoir written by a woman who grew up in a polygamous family. It’s so different from anything that I’ve experienced, which is probably why I find it so interesting.

It’s been really hard for me to put down. Last night I was reading it before bed. I finally had to put it down after I realized it was nearly 11 pm. If you’re into memoirs, I would really recommend that you check out The Sound of Gravel (affiliate link).

De-cluttering

This week I decided to go through my closet and really look at what I wear on a regular basis and get rid of what I haven’t worn in awhile. I’m pretty sure that I haven’t worn one of the hoodies in years – years! I have no idea why it’s taken me so long to let go of it. That’s way too long to keep something in my closet.

I ended up taking the clothes to the thrift store. It feels so good to let go of them and have a little extra room in my closet.
