Today I’m sharing a new workout playlist.
Before I get into the main topic of my post I wanted to ask a question. I was looking for candy alternatives to give out on Halloween this year. I knew coupons for kids admission to rec centers, small toys, and stickers were all options.
I looked on Amazon and found a great deal on glow sticks (affiliate link), so that’s what I decided to go with. Thanks to Amazon Prime they’ll get here tomorrow with plenty of time to spare before Halloween.
I know that I would have been excited to get a glow stick in stead of candy as a kid, but a few people I had talked to about it disagreed with me. So, would you have rather gotten a glow stick or candy for Halloween as a kid?
It’s time for another workout playlist here on GFF. This one features Lady Gaga, Imagine Dragons, Katy Perry, and David Guetta. This playlist will keep you going for 40 minutes – which is about how long I typically do steady state cardio workout.

I typically like to only listen to workout playlists while I’m at the gym. It kind of makes them more “special”, and it’s another thing that gets me motivated to workout. If I listen to them whenever then that takes the excitement away. Am I weird like that or does anyone else do the same thing?
I’ve added a link to the playlist below if you’re on Spotify. And if you’re not – why not? I love it! Be sure to follow me on Spotify to get all of my workout playlists that I’ve put together on there – there’s quite a few now.
If you Subscribe to Spotify your music is commercial free and you can download as much as you want. It’s perfect for me because the wifi at my gym is unreliable. I don’t have to worry about my music constantly stopping because the connection isn’t very good. The subscription is only $10 per month so it’s affordable too.
What’s your favorite song to listen to while at the gym? Do you only listen to workout playlists at the gym? Candy or a glow stick for Halloween?
