Sunday // My first workout of the week was at the gym on the elliptical. After a super sweaty 40 minutes I did a couple laps of the track for a cool down.
Monday // On Monday I spent my time at the gym on the bike. I did 30 minutes of cycling, after which I did a few laps of the track at a walk for a cool down. The laps have become a favorite cool down for me apparently.
Tuesday // Rest day.
Wednesday // On Wednesday I took another rest day because my plantar fasciitis was acting up again. I try really hard to keep it from getting to bad, because when it does, it’s pretty miserable. I’d much rather sacrifice a workout than have my feet hurting for a week.
Thursday // I spent 35 minutes on the elliptical on Thursday. I was really careful with my feet on Wednesday, rolling them both out several times, which really seemed to help. My tennis and golf balls are my favorite things right now.
Friday // I ended up pressing snooze one too many times, so I didn’t have time to make it to the gym on Friday before I had to be at work. I still wanted to get a workout in though, so I decided to do a Fitness Blender video on YouTube. Although I don’t remember which workout it was that I did, it was a good one, and I was pretty sweaty by the time the video was over. It just goes to show that you don’t have to be at the gym to get in a great workout.
Saturday // Today I’m planning on taking a Zumba class. I guess I’m feeling dance-y today.
