Workout Playlist
Today I’m sharing a 45 minute workout playlist – perfect for your next gym session. I tend to discover new music on the radio, so this playlist contains songs I’ve been hearing lately when I’m in the car. I can’t be the only one who listens to the radio only in the car, right? The rest of the time when I’m at home, work, or school, I’m listening to Spotify or iTunes.

I don’t remember hearing much new music from Pink lately, but I really like Just Like Fire, her newest song. It’s hard to believe that she’s been around for 15 or 16 years already. It doesn’t seem like that long ago she was pretty new to the music scene.
When I first heard All That Bass by Meghan Trainor I wasn’t all that impressed, but since then I’ve really liked some of her other songs, and I think Me Too is my favorite so far. I couldn’t resist adding it to the playlist, it’s just such an upbeat song.
While I’ve never been much of a fan of Justin Bieber, his Love Yourself song has steadily been growing on me. I never thought that I would ever like a song by him.
Studying
I’m officially in study mode now that my certification exam is only 9 days away! I remember thinking when I signed up for it that it felt so far away, but it’s almost here. I’m thankful that most of the content so far has been review from my university classes. It’s actually kind of cool to see how much I’ve learned, and even how much more detail I know than I’ll be tested on for this exam. For example, anatomy and biomechanics were covered in just one chapter, but I had semester long classes for each of those topics.

My plan is to finish going through the textbook this week and then spend the last few days going over the things that I know will be on the exam. The instructors were great at giving us hints about what was important to know, so that’s definitely helped.
What’s one song on your workout playlist? I love hearing about what other people are listening to,
I’m not a huge fan of Meghan Trainor’s new album and I’ve never been a huge fan of the 2 big songs to come off of it. That said, I love love love her first album. Dear Future Husband just makes me wanna dance. I like Title, Credit, and Better When I’m Dancin’ as well. Pretty much everything on her first album that’s upbeat is on my workout playlist.
What a great playlist! Good music totally helps keep me motivated during a workout. A few of my fav’s are “heart of a champion” by Nelly; “I look good” by Charlie Boy; and “bye bye bye” by N’sync.
Bye Bye Bye always takes me back to junior high whenever I hear it!
