Tomorrow is Christmas Eve! Where has December gone? If you're anything like me I always need a little bit of extra motivation when it comes to working out over the holidays. My routines are thrown off – I'm not working or going to school over the semester break – so it's easy to let working out go with them. However I know it's important to stay active when there's so many delicious dinner and treats between now and New Year's.
So I thought I'd put together a new playlist to listen to while working out. Some new music always helps me get moving even when I have a hard time convincing myself to start. I recently started using Spotify, and it's been awesome. I have no idea why it took me so long to start using it. I made this playlist the other day so I thought I'd share it.
I'm usually not a big pop music person (I almost always have one of the two local rock stations on the radio when I'm in the car), but it's perfect when it comes to motivating workout music. The beat keeps me going when I get tired and it's kind of nice to have a bit of a change from what I'm used to.
