WIAW 2015

Thanks as always to Jen for hosting What I Ate Wednesday.

WIAW Breakfast December 31 2014

Breakfast was a little different from my usual. I had toast with peanut butter, vanilla yogurt, and an orange. Oranges are so good this time if year, I couldn’t resist getting a big bag of them when I was at the grocery store last time.

WIAW Lunch December 31 2014

Lunch was a wrap in an ancient grain tortilla. Inside was turkey lunch meat, lettuce, green peppers, and honey mustard. I’ve been craving honey mustard the last little while so it’s been making it’s way into my sandwiches and wraps. I had another orange with my wrap. I told you, they’re delicious right now and I couldn’t help myself!

WIAW Dinner December 31 2014

For dinner I had veggie curry from my favourite vegan Thai place, Heart’s Choices. They have all kinds of  frozen dishes that you only have to heat up when you want to eat them. They have everything from samosas to curry to ginger “beef” (it’s actually made with soy beans). The curry is one of my favourites and I almost always buy it when I’m there. the curry had carrots, onions, bamboo, cauliflower, and peppers. I go with the mild curry because unfortunately I’m a wimp and can’t handle spicy foods.

Do you like spicy foods?

I love spicy food, but within reason. Thai food is especially delicious – one of my favorites. Your eats look delicious!

I agree, Thai food is delicious!

It’s funny because I used to love spicy food as a kid, but I’ve grown out of it for some reason.
