Weekly Workouts 2

This week I was really grateful that I have a subscription to Barre 3’s online workouts. If I didn’t have it I’m pretty sure I would have been down by two workouts. Christmas and New Year’s is always such a busy time, having workouts that are quick and easy is essential for me.

Sunday December 21st

I did Barre 3’s Total Body Tone video. It’s a new one so I was excited to try it. As usual I was sweaty just minutes into the workout, and by the time I was done I was feeling it in my arms, core, and legs. Although it was only 30 minute long I felt like I got a great workout in plus it didn’t feel like a long time because I didn’t get bored.

Tuesday December 23rd

Tuesdays I have to be at work pretty early, so I don’t workout before going to work. It was a super busy day with Christmas just two days away, so I decided to go for a walk after I got home and ate. While I was only outside for 30 minutes it did wonders for my head. I was able to relax and get out of the work mindset.

Saturday December 27th

I did another Barre 3 workout, this time I decided on Rejuvenate. I’d done it before and really enjoyed it, so I thought I’d give it another go. This was another full body workout, and before I knew it I was done. I have no idea how even though the movements are fairly small for the most part I end up so sweaty and sore the next day.

This coming week I’m hoping to get back into the normal swing of things when it comes to workouts. Work will be less crazy now that Christmas is over, which I’m very thankful for. That will mean that I’ll have more time in the mornings for workouts.

Do you have any tips for fitting in workouts when you’re busy? Leave me one or two in the comments.
