WIAW Breakfast December 24 2014

For breakfast I changed it up a bit. I had an English muffin with margarine, vanilla yogurt, and an (unpictured) Granny Smith apple. I was craving something crunchy after I had eaten the English muffin and yogurt, so I figured an apple was a good way to also get in some fruit.

WIAW Lunch December 24 2014

I cooked up a vegetable quesadilla for lunch. I put red and green peppers, onion, and olives inside along with some shredded cheese. I think next time I make it I would add some beans. I dipped it in some mild salsa.

WIAW Dinner December 24 2014

Dinner was a delicious Asian bowl at a local pub. There was hoisin chicken, veggies (corn, peas, water chestnuts, peppers), and sprouts all on a bed of rice. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be too spicy for me, but it had just the right combination of sweet and spicy.
