Thanks once again to Jen for hosting What I Ate Wednesday.

WIAW Breakfast October 8 2014

Although this is a recycled photo, this is essentially what I had for breakfast. I decided on a toasted sesame seed bagel with peanut butter, a Granny Smith apple, and vanilla yogurt instead of the strawberry shown in the photo.

WIAW Lunch October 8 2014

Lunch was a chicken wrap. I started with an ancient grain tortilla, added some spinach, sliced green pepper, cherry tomatoes, and chicken. After the photo was taken I added some honey mustard that was really good.

WIAW Dinner October 8 2014

I had chili for dinner. I added a couple pieces of cheese on top which melted once I stirred it in. It’s my mom’s recipe which is great because it’s not too spicy. I’m not a big fan of spicy food. I also had two pieces of cornbread to go along with the chili.
