
Sunday I went for a 45 minute walk in one of my favourite parks by the river. Although it was a beautiful day, it was pretty sad to see how many trees were damaged from the snow we got recently. It’s going to take a very long time for the trees to recover.

Tuesday I got up early and did a workout DVD before work. I decided on Tae Bo Flex (affilite link). It had been awhile since I had done it last. Apparently I was feeling the kickboxing because I really enjoyed myself. Before I knew it, it was over and I was a sweaty mess.
Wednesday I went for another walk. This time to a different park, but so sad again to see the branches all over the place. I think it’s going to be weeks before the city has all the debris cleaned up. It was a gorgeous day – the weather was perfect. It was sunny with a breeze so it wasn’t too hot.
Friday I had plans to go to a yin yoga class after work, but it didn’t end up happening. I woke up with a migraine and it only got worse as the day went on. I was feeling pretty horrible by the end of the day and just wanted to go home. I know the yin class would have felt good, but I don’t think I would have enjoyed myself because all I would have been thinking about was how much my head hurt.

The Tae Bo workout looks like fun! My favorite workout this week was BodyTek, which incorporated some kickboxing. Sweaty mess on my end too!
I’ve never heard of Body Tek before. I’ll have to google it to find out more.
