I had breakfast at Eggs Oasis with my dad. I went with the eggs benedict. I’m glad I did because they were delicious! I’d definitely get them again. The potatoes were surprisingly good too, though I was only able to eat a few of them. It was a lot of food though, so I wasn’t able to finish it.
I was still feeling pretty full from breakfast, so I just had a salad for lunch. It had romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar salad dressing. For some reason I’ve been craving croutons like crazy lately.
Dinner was leftover butter chicken. Butter chicken is one of my favourite Indian foods. I found this at the grocery store. The sauce and chicken came together frozen. You just heat it up and make some rice or naan bread to go with it. It actually turned out pretty good considering it wasn’t homemade.
What’s the last craving you had?
Last night I had the strongest urge for dark chocolate. I had to settle for a granola bar that had chocolate =(.
My dad loves dark chocolate.
I’ve found flavored mini rice cakes are a good alternative for me when I’m craving chips.
Mini rice cakes are delicious. I could eat an entire bag.
