Monday I did Tia Mowry’s Core Yoga with Tara Stiles (affiliate link). By the time I was finished my core was done! I was sore for a day or two afterwards. Tara Stiles is also in it, and I really liked her. She was easy to follow without constantly having to watch to see what she was doing. I find that I get in a better workout when I can focus more on the postures instead of the TV.
Wednesday I did my very first Tone It Up workout with Tone It Up! One Day Fat Blast (affiliate link). I have no idea how I’ve managed to go this long without trying one. I was super sweaty and tired by the I was done. I also went for a walk on Wednesday. Although I wasn’t out there for too long, I had a pretty good pace going. Not only are my walks good for my body, but being outside in beautiful surroundings is such a good mental break for me too. Thursday I tried the second workout from One Day Fat Blast. I thought it was just as good as the first one. My shoulders and arms were sore the next day, so I know I was working hard. Do you have a favourite body part to workout?
