Sunday morning I did the Yoga Inferno workout 2. I didn’t use the weights, but I was super sweaty by the time the workout was over.
Thursday I decided to try a Pop Pilates DVD for the first time. Apparently I’ve been living under a rock cause as soon as I googled Cassey Ho I found out she’s pretty popular, but I’ve never heard of her before. I really liked this workout because I felt like I worked hard but it was low impact.
Saturday afternoon I went for a walk. Although it wasn’t too long it felt good to get moving a bit. I would have stayed out longer, but it started to rain and of course I didn’t think to bring a jacket with me when I left the house.
