Breakfast was two homemade oatmeal apple muffins, vanilla yogurt, and a Granny Smith apple.
For lunch I whipped up a quick salad. I had some leftover chicken in the fridge, so I thought it would be good on top of a salad. I added spinach, cherry tomatoes, and creamy poppy seed dressing to the chicken. It was pretty simple, but very tasty.
For dinner I ended up at a Greek fast food place. I ordered beef souvlaki, a Greek salad, a pita, and tzatziki. I’m not going to lie, my favourite part of the meal was probably the tzatziki!

Greek salads are my favorite!!!
I think I like them cause they’re always so refreshing.
I loveeee Greek food!! My favorite restaurant is actually right across the street from me, so I tend to eat there a lot :) I always get the chicken pita alongside some fire roasted veggies which are outstanding! And of course, lots of hummus and pita on the side :)
I think having a Greek restaurant across the street from where I live would be dangerous – I’d end up eating there more than I should.
