Sunday afternoon I went for a half hour long walk. It was a pretty hot day with no trees or shade so I didn’t last too long. I was really sweaty by the time I made it home.
Not only was I hot, but so was this little lady I was walking. When we got back to the house she laid on the cool tile to try to cool down.
I tried Jillian Michaels’ Yoga Inferno for the first time this week. While it wasn’t my favourite yoga workout, it did it’s job because by the time I was done I was exhausted and sweaty.
This morning I went for a walk in Bowmont park with my dad. We decided to go to the Bowness side because there’s lots of trees so it was shady for the most part. going in the morning also helped keep it cooler.
We spent about an hour out there exploring the riverside and checking out new to us paths. I love that because Bowmont is so big, no matter how much time I spend there I always manage to find new spots.
