Weekly Workouts

I’m slowly but surely getting back to my usual activity levels. This week I went for a couple walks. Next week the plan is to try yoga and see how my back does.

One walk involved this little lady. We covered about a mile and a half in 25 minutes. There was a long hill at the end of the walk which I think wore both of us out.

I also spent some time in Bowmont this week. There’s lots of pretty flowers blooming right now, including wild blue flax and bluebells. Since it’s been so hot I stuck to a trail that has lots of trees (resulting in shade) so I could try to stay a little cooler.
