Breakfast was a little different from my usual. I got my favourite cranberry citrus scones from the farmer’s market, so I had to have one of those, along with some vanilla yogurt and an (unpictured) orange.
Lunch was a salad of romaine lettuce, carrots, croutons, and caesar salad dressing. I also had a pita and a glass of water to go with it.
Dinner was a chicken and veggie stir fry with sweet and sour sauce. Although you can’t see much, there is some rice underneath it.

Can’t ever go wrong with stir-fry. Which reminds me I haven’t made any in the longet time. I could never eliminate chicken from mine. I know some people can do shrimp, b but for me.. it’s all about chicken & veggies!
