It’s been a few months since I last did monthly goals. I thought I’d get back on track for the summer, so here’s what I want to accomplish in July.
Yoga 3 times per week. I’ve been pretty good at getting in three practices the last few weeks, but I want to make sure I stay consistent. That means I’ll probably be going to two classes and doing a practice once on my own every week. I think the hardest part will be sticking to a schedule. Once I’ve planned on what classes I’ll go to, I’ll have to stick to it.
5 posts per week. I’ve been trying to be more consistent with blogging lately too. I’m going to aim to post five times a week. I’ve been able to do that the last few weeks, so I figure I can do it for July as well. I know I do better when I have an editorial calendar, so I’ll be continuing to use that.
Log food on My Fitness Pal. I find I eat better when I’m tracking what I’m eating. If I know I have to be accountable for what I put in my mouth, I’m more careful than I would be otherwise. I’ve gotten better at logging on My Fitness Pal lately, but I want to commit to doing it for the entire month.

I love yoga, I always feel really refreshed after a good session! Oh gosh I’m awful at remembering to log food into MFP, I nearly always forget!

When I tried to use MFP on my computer I was so bad at remembering to log. But now that I have the app on my phone I’m so much better at making sure I get my food in there. It’s made all the difference.
