Tuesday afternoon I took a beginner ashtanga class. Saturday’s class was really tough (lots of arm work), so I tried to take it a little easier on Tuesday. Luckily I wasn’t sore the next day, so I think it paid off.
Thursday morning I went for a walk in Bowmont. Although it was short, the way back was almost all uphill.
Unfortunately the plantar fasciitis in my one foot flared up on Saturday, so I decided to not go to yoga. I have no idea what I did to it, so I’m hoping it feels better soon. I was pretty disappointed about not being able to go, as a teacher I really like was going to be teaching the class.
