I was so looking forward to the 3 day weekend (today is Victoria Day for any non-Candian readers out there). This last week has been all about the chemistry homework as my final is coming up faster than I’d like to admit. I’ve been working really hard, so it was nice to have an extra day to relax a bit – though there was still plenty of homework done over the weekend.
I stocked up on some alcohol. I wasn’t planning on drinking it all over the weekend, but I thought since Corona was on sale I’d get some. I also got some of the Somersby apple cider I discovered at Beer Fest.
There’s some baby birds in the tree outside my bedroom window. Although you can’t really see the next in the photo, the arrow is pointing to it. Every time the mama bird brings some food to them the babies go crazy chirping away.
Cause my mom is great, she got me a little surprised and picked me up some nail polish. The one on the left is more blue than it looks in the photo. I’m hoping to do my nails at some point this week. I can’t even remember the last time I did them.
I had my first passion tea lemonade from Starbucks the other day. It’s my go-to hot weather drink. I’m looking forward to drinking more of these in the coming months.
