I was only able to get in two workouts this week.
Tuesday afternoon I went to a beginner ashtanga class taught by the teacher who taught the community class the Saturday before. After a long day at work so it was great to spend some time on myself.
I went to the community class on Saturday afternoon. It was also ashtanga yoga. It was a packed class, so the energy was great. I left a sweaty mess.
