Cardio Trainer April 20 2014

Sunday – I went for a walk in Bowmont. While it was only half an hour, it felt great to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Monday – I went to my usual beginner ashtanga yoga class. The teacher demoed jumping back. One of these days I’m going to be able to do that.

Thursday – After going out for breakfast I decided to got for a quick walk in Baker Park. That afternoon I also decided to go to a yin yoga class. It was my first yin class, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I really liked it.

Saturday – Today I went to the community yoga class. I really like going to these classes as all the teachers at the studio rotate through so I get a chance to see their teaching styles. I’ve discovered a few favourite teachers through the community classes.
