I was at the grocery store trying to figure out what to make for dinner one night when I saw these colourful cheese tortellinis. How can you resist something that’s so pretty? It ended up being a quick easy meal which I was thankful for.
I ended up going out for lunch after work on Wednesday. Since I was done work and school for the day I decided to splurge and get a beer with my meal. While I just got a burger at the pub, it was just what I needed.
Thursday night was date night since neither of us had to work the next day. We watched part of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which I had never seen before. We also played Cards Against Humanity. It was my first time playing it and everything I heard about it was true: it degenerates into craziness pretty quick.
Friday it was pretty miserable. It was cloudy and snowy and definitely didn’t feel like spring. At all.
I guess I should be thankful we didn’t get more snow, cause the mountains just to the west got a lot more snow that we did in Calgary. Luckily the snow didn’t last very long and the next day it had melted.
Sunday was spent with the family and having Easter dinner.
