Even though it was a short week due to Easter, it felt just as busy as usual (maybe it was because I was trying to fit 5 days of work into 4). I managed to get in two workouts this week.
Tuesday I attended a beginner ashtanga class. It wasn’t my usual one, but it was still a great class. I was sweating within just a few minutes and by savasana I was thankful that the class was almost done.
Saturday afternoon I went to a community yoga class. All the teachers donate their time and 100% of the money goes to charity. I get a great yoga class and I do something good too. One of my favourite teachers was teaching. She really focused on the basics which was kind of nice. During savasana came around and put a couple chocolates on everyone’s mats. You can’t go wrong with a yoga class that ends with chocolate.
